Pukawasi Mission Statement
Puka Wasi SF is committed to supporting, promoting, and creating cultural and educational projects that foster a deeper understanding of human rights and respect for cultural differences. Our work empowers underrepresented communities in Latin America and California by promoting dialogue, cultural preservation, and education, with art as a central tool for creative expression and learning. Through artistic and educational initiatives, we strive to cultivate awareness, inclusivity, and social justice, ensuring that every voice is heard, and every culture is valued.
Purpose Statement
The purpose of Puka Wasi SF is to promote human rights and social justice by implementing artistic and educational projects and programs. Our projects focus on teaching human rights and fostering respect for cultural differences, empowering underrepresented communities in Latin America and California. By creating spaces for learning and cultural exchange, our goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to build more inclusive and equitable societies.
